Meaning: If you reply to a topic, what you type has to be in relation to the topic.
4. No Requesting Outside of Request Threads.
Meaning: Do not request for pictures, videos or anything else in the shoutbox or through PM's
5. No PMing the women.
Meaning: You can send the females a private message, but not if it is to hit on them or flirt. We will treat females with respect on here.
